I was at the Everything Pregnancy and Baby Expo in Williston this past Saturday. I'm impressed by the service Heidi Sargent and the Essex Rescue organization provide to the public. Car seat safety is so important and Heidi did a great job educating the expectant/new moms and dads at the Expo. Thanks for offering this to the community - well done!

I wanted to thank your quick response on Wed March 2 to the Essex Skating Facility. I had fallen on the ice and knocked myself out, with the quick thinking of my girls hockey team they called 911. I heard you showed up very quickly, evaluated me, stabilized me and transported me to the hospital. The three ladies that were attending to me were great and very calming. I know there was a man driving but like I said I cannot remember anyones name. Guess I was a little fuzzy. It brings great comfort to live in a community that has these type's of professionals. In the past several weeks I have had a couple of chances to utilize your services. Your crews are thourghly trained in their rolls as caregivers. I especially have immense respect for the Tuesday Crew as well as the Friday night Crew on Feb 18 & 19th. I was in the process of having a heart attack. Combined the crew distracted NMR from my chest pain. Were I still able to run on rescue.I would apply for membership with Essex Rescue.

I am writing to say I intend to do a benefit for your organization through a new venture I am involved in called Phoenix Trading-direct sales through home parties and expos, of greeting cards and stationery items. Where to start? Do to my service in the Military I have found myself in the position of needing help at times. Never has Essex Rescue missed a beat. They have continually gone above and beyond to include educating their folks on certain "traits" combat vets have and how to work with us.
The only word that can be used to describe Essex Rescue and it's crew is outstanding. It is a comfort, not only to me, but my young son as well knowing help is right around the corner. Thank you all for your professionalism, dedication and commitment to excellence.
I just wanted to thank the crew Danielle, Rob and another gentleman whos name I did not catch. Everyone was very kind and gentle with my mother when dealing with her on July 8th when called to our residence on Browns River Road. You did a fantastic job and I can't thank you enough. Fortunately, the outcome was good, no broken bones so we got to take her home later in the day.
