On March 27th 2010, Essex Rescue will host a community CPR and First Aid class. We encourage members of the community to join us to learn these life saving skills. These classes are taught by healthcare professionals that utilize these skills on a daily basis. Our indepth teaching methods will allow you to leave here confident in how to help someone in a time of need.
